NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
Pursuant to Section 87 [2] of the Local Government Act 1972 and Rules 5[1] the Local Elections [Parish and Communities] England and Wales Rules 2006.
A vacancy has arisen in the Office of Councillor for the Parish Council of Anwick.
If by 14th June 2022 [14 days after the date of this notice in accordance with rule 5 of the Local Elections [Parishes and Communities] England and Wales, a request for an election to fill said vacancy is made in writing to the Clerk of Anwick Parish Council at the address below.
If no such request is made, the vacancy may be filled though co-option by the Parish Council.
