Terms and Conditions of Use

• Access: The WiFi internet service is provided by Anwick Parish Council for use in Anwick Community Centre subject to acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions:    
• Responsibility: The Centre is not liable for any interception or transmissions, computer worms or viruses, loss of data, file corruptions, hacking or damage to your computer or other devices that result from the transmission or download of information or materials through the internet service provided.
• Access Code: The WiFi access code will be made available upon request 
when a booking is made and on agreement with these terms and conditions.
The passcode will only be issued to people hiring the centre and must not be shared with individuals outside your club or event.
• Usage: The WiFi service is intended for use by individuals or groups hiring the
Centre for events or activities. It is not for general public use.
• Prohibited Activities: Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available
any software product, or service that is designed to violate these Terms of 
Use, including the facilitation of spamming, pinging, flooding, mail-bombing,
denial of service attacks and piracy of software, is strictly prohibited.
• Equipment Suitability: The ability to use the WiFi service is dependent on the 
suitability of your devices. The Centre is not responsibility for ensuring
compatibility or providing technical support for your devices.
